Passport
The passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the visa issue date.
Address in Canada
The address can be of a relative, friend, or hotel. If you don't have an address we can book a hotel for you.

Application
The Canadian visa application is submitted electronically on the IRCC official website.
We then upload your documents to the visa application
Invitation from the guarantor in Canada or hotel reservation
Invitation from a person in Canada guaranteeing financial support for you or hotel reservation.
Copy of guarantor's passport or residence permit (If applicable)
Copy of the guarantor's passport or residence permit.
Flight ticket
We offer it for a fee of only 5 euros.
Employment contract in English (If applicable)
The employment contract with the current employer stating the job position and salary.
Leave approval in English (If applicable)
This document proves that the applicant has received permission from the employer to take annual leave for a certain period.
Bank account (If applicable)
Personal banking transactions for the last 6 months.
Pension contribution (If applicable)
The pension contribution statement for the last 6 months is required at the appointment.
Proof of assets (If applicable)
Evidence of assets to ensure that the applicant has sufficient financial resources to cover his/her stay.
Proof of student status (If applicable)
Official confirmation of registration at the university.
Business certificate (If applicable)
Business certificate in the country where you operate.
Business bank account (If applicable)
Business banking transactions for the last 6 months.
Copies of previous visas (If applicable)
Copies of previous visas together with copies of travel stamps outside Kosovo.
Family information
Information in a letter about immediate family members: parents, sisters, brothers, children, spouses (correct birthdays, correct places of birth, professions, addresses where they live).

The appointment indicates the date, time, and location of your interview.
Then you go to the appointment at the IOM to give the biometrics. You must have these documents with you
