Criteria: To start the procedure, your partner must have a Green Card or a U.S Passport

Green Card

A Green Card is an official document that allows a foreign citizen to live and work permanently in the United States. It is officially known as a Permanent Resident Card.

U.S Passport

A U.S Passport is an official document issued by the United States government.

Step 1: Filing the petition

We complete the relevant forms and submit the petition to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Step 2: Visa application

Visa application

The visa application can be completed once the Immigration Center approves the petition.

Step 3: Interview preperation

Interview preperation

After submitting the application, an interview date is scheduled at the US Embassy. We offer interview preparation as well as assistance in preparing the documentation to be submitted on the day of the interview.

Step 4: Arrival in the U.S

Arrival in the U.S

After the interview is completed, the visa is issued and the applicant departs for America. We also provide assistance with further procedures that follow upon arrival.
