The winner must have at least 12 years of regular primary and secondary education
You must also have a guarantor fill out Form I-134 for you, or vouch for yourself through financial evidence

Official document that a person in the U.S. guarantees financial support for the winner.
Vouch for yourself (Financial Evidence)
You must prove through your bank account that you have around $2,000 per person for at least 3-6 months.
The first step is to complete the DS-260 application. If you got married or had children after the green card application, they must also be included to the application
DS-260 application
The DS-260 application is submitted electronically on the website of the U.S. Department of State.
Address in the U.S.
The address can be of a relative, friend, or hotel. If you don't have an address we can book a hotel for you.
Marriage certificate (If applicable)
An official document that proves marriage.
Child passport (If applicable)
The passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the visa issue date.
Then, you are scheduled for an interview at the U.S. Embassy
Interview
You receive an email from KCC to check the status at dvprogram.state.gov where you can see the date, time, and location of your interview at the U.S. Embassy.
Then, you make an appointment for a medical check-up at the authorized hospital. The price is €110 per person. The hospital asks you for these documents
Passport (Copy)
The passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the visa issue date.
Photo (4 printed pieces + 1 digital piece in USB)
Photos must have a white background. The photo above is a good example of what an application photo should look like.
Vaccine passport
Document containing information on the vaccinations a person has taken. The vaccination passport is important for traveling and school registration.
Address in the U.S.

DS-260 application confirmation
The DS-260 application is submitted electronically on the website of the U.S. Department of State.
Appointment
The KCC deadline where you can see the date, time, and location of your interview at the U.S. Embassy.
You must register your appointment at the U.S. Embassy
Appointment registration
You receive an email from GDIT Visa Information Services encouraging immigrant visa applicants to schedule their appointment prior to attending their scheduled visa interview.
We prepare all the documents for the visa appointment at the U.S. Embassy. The price is $330 per person. You must get these documents for all family members. All documents must be in English or translated in English
Passport
The passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the visa issue date.

High school diploma
Document proving the completion of secondary school in a regular status.
High school certificates
Documents proving subjects and grades during high school.
University degree (If applicable)
Document proving the completion of the university.
Master's degree (If applicable)
Document proving the completion of the master's degree.
Doctoral degree (If applicable)
Document proving the completion of the doctorate.
Through guarantor (Form I-134) (If applicable)
Official document that a person in the U.S. guarantees financial support for the applicant.
Vouch for yourself (Financial evidence) (If applicable)
You must prove through your bank account that you have around $2,000 per person for at least 3-6 months.
Birth certificate
An official document that records birth with the date, place, and parents' information.
Court certificate (For persons 16+)
Official document that proves that no legal proceedings are underway against you.
Court records (For Persons 16+)(If applicable)
Official document that proves the case and the decision reached by the court.
Police clearance certificate (For persons 16+)
Official document proving that no police process is underway against you.
Police clearance certificate abroad (For persons 16+) (If applicable)
Official document proving that there is no ongoing police process against you in another country where you have lived for more than 6 months. This document is issued at the relevant Embassy.
Marriage certificate (If applicable)
An official document that proves marriage.
Divorce certificate (If applicable)
An official document that proves divorce.
Death certificate of spouse (If applicable)
An official document that proves the death of the spouse.
Medical tests (Unopened)
You receive the medical tests from the authorized hospital. The envelope in which you receive them should not be opened by you.
Military records (If applicable)
Official document containing information about a person's service and activities in the military.
Copy of U.S. visas (If applicable)
Copies of previous U.S. visas.
Vaccine passport
Document containing information on the vaccinations a person has received. The vaccine passport is important for travel and school registration.
You go to the interview at the U.S. Embassy
Interview
The interview is held at the U.S. Embassy and lasts about 15 minutes.
After the deadline, you receive the Diversity Visa and Immigrant Package
Diversity visa
The Diversity visa is issued by the U.S. Embassy and allows you to travel to the U.S. as a Green Card holder. The visa is valid for 6 months.
Immigrant package (Unopened)
The Immigrant package includes all your documents and you must submit it to U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the airport when you arrive in the U.S.
You must pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee online in the amount of $235 per person
USCIS Immigrant fee
This fee is used to process the Immigrant Package and issue the Green Card.
The departure must be made within 6 months after receiving the diversity visa. These documents are necessary when you leave for the U.S.
Passport
The passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the visa issue date.
Diversity visa
The Diversity visa is issued by the U.S. Embassy and allows you to travel to the U.S. as a Green Card holder. The visa is valid for 6 months.
Immigrant package (Unopened)
The Immigrant package includes all your documents and you must submit it to U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the airport when you arrive in the U.S.

When you arrive in the U.S. you receive your Green Card and Social Security Number at the address provided on the DS-260 application
